Tiger Den Meeting @ Littleton Gym

The March den meeting for the Tigers. In this den meeting, we'll be working on our Sky Is The Limit elective. To go along with the pack trip to the Boonton Observatory in a few weeks, we'll be learning how to use a telescope, learning about and building our own constellations, learning about some famous astronauts who were cub scouts, and creating a living model of our solar system.

Important note: a part of this meeting will be held outside. Its important that the boys have a warm coat, hat, etc. Also, please try to have the boys to wear their uniform.

Electives Extravaganza @ Winnebago Scout Reservation

Cost: $10 – please see below for additional details.

This is a council event that Pack 142 strongly recommends you attend. This will enable your scout to complete up to four electives in one day! If you have any questions, please contact your den leader.

Scouts will work on up to four elective adventures during four 75 minute sessions, with one hour for lunch.

Almost all activities are rank specific but some are just for fun.
YOU MAY ONLY CHOOSE ONE SHOOTING SPORT

This is an outdoor event held rain or shine, so dress appropriately! Activities will be located throughout the camp.

Be prepared to get some exercise!

Each Scout must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times in camp.

Registration is $10.00 per Scout, plus materials fees for some activities.

A hot dog, chips and beverage lunch can be pre-ordered for $4.00 each

This event is open to registered Cub Scouts only. Class size is limited. First come, first served.

We will be holding our April Pack meeting on Sunday, April 23, 2017 between 2:00PM and 5:00PM. Who likes pizza pockets…? Marshmallows anyone? This is a great opportunity for all scouts that need to complete campfire and cooking requirements! There will also be a “Leave no Trace” activity! We hope that everyone can join us!

Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 19 to advise if you will be attending to ensure we have enough food for all attendees. Please also advise if you have any special dietary requirements.
