At our December pack meeting, important information for Pack 142's annual Pinewood Derby will be distributed. Each scout will be provided with a Pinewood Derby car kit so that they can build a car for the race!

Highlights include:
– Holiday Activities
– Distribution of Pinewood Derby information & car kits and popcorn prizes

We are look forward to welcoming some new families and visitors that are interested in finding out more about Pack 142 to all of our meetings. You are welcome to invite any friends and families with boys that are Cub Scout age (grades K-5). Please be sure to RSVP to let us know you are coming and how many guests to expect.

If one or more friends of your Cub Scout join our pack, your Cub Scout and all new friends that they recruit will receive a “My Best Friend is a Scout” patch. Your Cub Scout will also be presented with a “Recruiter” patch.

Slot Car Racing

Event Location: Zeppelin Hobbies, Wayne – 1530 Route 23, Wayne, NJ 07470
Dress Requirements: Pack T-Shirt

Cost: $10 per scout/guest child

Includes: Slot Car Racing and Pizza Dinner!

Pack 142 invites all pack members and interested guests to attend our annual slot car racing event at Zeppelin Hobbies! Scouts will race on eight lane tracks and enjoy a pizza dinner!

Please RSVP by 10AM on Tuesday, December 30, 2019 as we need to provide Zeppelin Hobbies with a final count so that they can order the pizza in advance!

Zeppelin Hobbies sells supplies for the Pinewood Derby! This is a great opportunity to shop for any supplies you may need while enjoying slot car racing!

Hi everyone – If you need help rough cutting out your pinewood derby Mike Cirelli has graciously agreed to help! Please sign up for a 15 minute time slot on the following Sign Up Genius. Sign-ups will be from 9am to 1pm on January 4th and January 5th. Don't forget to bring your pinewood derby car!
