Important Notices
- Please ensure that your scout (and scout age guests) bring protective head gear for the Cubmobile race. Scouts and their guests will not be able to race if they don’t have protective head gear. We strongly recommend long pants and/or knee and elbow pads as well. Safety is our top priority!
- For dinner, the pack will be providing hot dogs and will accommodate any other reasonable requests for those with special dietary restrictions. All special requests must be made by Wednesday at 8:00PM.
- We ask that each family bring a side dish to share with others in the pack. If you are unsure of what to bring, please reply to this email and we will get back to you with some suggestions.
- During the “Leave no trace” event, we will be helping the Glacier Hills Association with tidying the GHC Grounds. It is advisable for all scouts to bring a pair of garening or work gloves.
- Scouts should wear pack t-shirts.
You are welcome to invite any friends and families with boys that are cub scout age (grades K-5). Please let me know who will be attending so that we can ensure we have enough food for all attendees.
We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday at 4:00PM!
