Special guest, Steve Tizzoni will be sharing his passion for coin collecting with the boys to help them complete their Adventures in Coins elective. Please have your son bring a coin that they find interesting and would like to share its story. No worries if its a common coin, as long as your son finds it interesting and can tell everyone why. If Steve needs for the boys to bring anything else, I will send a follow-up email.

We are look forward to welcoming some new families and visitors that are interested in finding out more about Pack 142 to all of our meetings. You are welcome to invite any friends and families with boys that are Cub Scout age (grades K-5). Please be sure to RSVP to let us know you are coming and how many guests to expect.

If one or more friends of your Cub Scout join our pack, your Cub Scout and all new friends that they recruit will receive a “My Best Friend is a Scout” patch. Your Cub Scout will also be presented with a “Recruiter” patch.

Habitat for Humanity – Community Service @ Habitat for Humanity House

We are proud to volunteer our time and contribute to the Habitat for Humanity's most recent housing project. Habitat for Humanity has been building a two-family home for two deserving families. Scouts will help with finishing touches to the outside including painting a fence and light yard work.

Working on a Habitat for Humanity House is normally reserved for those over the age of 16, however we have made special arrangements with the site supervisor for Cub Scout age-appropriate tasks. The site will be closed and only open for Pack 142. This is a great opportunity for scouts to obtain some requirements. We hope you can make it! More details will be provided at our April Pack Meeting.

Please provide all the time you can, even if it is only thirty minutes. Thank you for your support!
